Writing well is difficult enough, but writing for success requires some special tools. Are you tired of spending hours working on a college paper only to have it returned bleeding red ink with a grade that does not represent your effort? Bennett will take you on a journey designed to help you reduce the amount of time it takes to write a paper, and increase your grades to A and B level! Each class and skill is built upon proven precepts for writing for success.
Every language has five registers: Frozen, Formal, Consultative, Casual, and Intimate. In business and education formal register is key to success. Standardized tests, books, and the language of business are all based on formal register, and only those who can communicate effectively on this level will achieve success. Our ability in linear thinking, writing, and learning determines our ability to communicate in formal register, do well in school, and succeed in the business world. So strap in and get ready for a wild ride to new levels of understanding how to achieve success in writing. Get better grades and increase your chances of that employment opportunity!
Class begins Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in the Grace Resources Annex Classroom at 45134 Sierra Hwy, Suite B, Lancaster, CA 93534. Class is free of charge and space is limited to 12 students.
